Tuna & Salad Mini Wraps 

Description

Mini wraps filled with flaked tuna and crisp salad vegetables. Fresh, flavourful, and
convenient perfect for lunch on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1-200g Kendel Tuna in Water, drained 
  • 125g (1/2 cup) plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 small celery stalk, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 sheets wholemeal lavash bread
  • 40g lettuce leaves
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine tuna, yogurt, chives, basil, and celery. Season with black pepper to taste.
  2. Place 1 lavash sheet on a flat surface. Arrange half the lettuce along one short end, leaving a 2 cm border.
  3. Top with half the tuna mixture and half the tomato slices. Roll up the lavash tightly to enclose the filling.
  4. Cut the wrap into quarters. Repeat the process with the remaining lavash, lettuce, tuna mixture, and tomato.
  5. Arrange the wraps on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
