Kendel Sausage Stir-Fry

Description

Juicy slices of sausage quickly stir-fried with colorful vegetables in a savory sauce. Packed
with flavor and ready in minutes, it’s perfect for a quick and wholesome meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Kendel Spicy Chicken Vienna Sausages, cut in rounds
  • 2 teaspoons Kendel Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ red, green, yellow sweet peppers, julienned
  • ½ small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Kendel Ketchup
  • ½ tablespoon Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a hot frying pan, add oil and stir-fry sausage on medium-high heat.
  2. Add sweet peppers, onion and garlic, sauté  for 1-2 minutes
  3. Reduce heat to medium-high heat. Add ketchup and soy sauce, then mix into the rest of ingredients for about 1 minute.
  4. Remove pan from heat . Serve hot with Kendel Jasmine Rice
