Baked Beans with Vienna Sausages

Description

Tender baked beans combined with Vienna sausages create a hearty and satisfying dish. Lightly seasoned, it’s a quick, protein-packed meal ideal for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Kendel Vienna Sausages cut into rounds
  • 1 cup Kendel Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • ½ sweet pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 can Kendel Baked Beans
  • 1 ½ cups Kendel Ketchup
  • ½ cup Kendel Spicy Sweet Garlic Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Kendel Hot Pepper Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, sweet pepper, and thyme. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant. Add sliced sausages and stir for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in baked beans, ketchup, garlic sauce, and hot pepper sauce. Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes until flavours are well blended.
  3. Remove from heat and serve hot with fried dumplings.
