In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, sweet pepper, and thyme. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant. Add sliced sausages and stir for 1 minute.
Stir in baked beans, ketchup, garlic sauce, and hot pepper sauce. Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes until flavours are well blended.
